Whoop Wireless receives contract for critical infrastructure data and call center.

Whoop Wireless received a contract to deploy the Whoop Wireless OEM platform for a newly constructed data and call center. “We are pleased to bring another new customer onboard with one of Whoop Wireless’ OEM platforms. This system addresses a critical need for in-building cellular coverage at this site, as well as, performing a disaster recovery function when needed. We appreciate the confidence that our customers continue to show in our flexible, cost effective and scalable systems,” stated Mark Strittmatter, Vice President of Sales and Customer Service at Whoop Wireless.

The new customer will also take advantage of WhoopXTND which includes remote monitoring, remote and onsite maintenance and an extended warranty program. “We have seen steady growth in the demand for our OEM gear that includes the WhoopXTND enterprise service that protects the investment our customer base is making into their critical communications infrastructure. This contract is especially impactful due to the critical nature of communication within this particular facility. Whoop Wireless appreciates the fact that our customer base continues to entrust their critical communication and disaster recovery infrastructure requirements to us.” Another factor that is key to this project is the delivery timeline that has been committed to for the turnkey install and turn up of the service, “We typically run at a sixty to ninety day timeframe from receiving a contract and/or purchase order to the day we commission a system. We are able to commit to these timelines due to the solid relationships we have with our vendors and our manufacturer.” Mr. Strittmatter concluded as he discussed the project.

The patented whoopFAST™ Small Cell Interface (SCI) and Head End (HE4) systems deliver 4G/LTE in-building coverage for the four Tier 1 mobile network operators, serving >98% of users Day-1. Whoop Wireless is an OEM that manufactures and installs its proprietary Small Cell Interface and Head End/Donor Antenna systems. Whoop Wireless offers its WhoopXTND enterprise service – which is comprised of managed services and an extended warranty platform to all existing and new customers.
